Joseph M. Martinous is the founder and president of Martinous Law Associates, LTD.
He is licensed to practice law in the states of Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Florida. Attorney Martinous is also licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for Rhode Island, the Massachusetts and the Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice, the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Trial of Lawyers Association.
Mr. Martinous worked as an internal auditor for a major financial institution prior to beginning his legal career.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. He studied accounting at Bentley College and is a graduate of Bryant University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting.

Richard A. Merola
Richard A. Merola attended Bryant College and graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. From there, he began his professional career at Fleet Bank. Prior to Fleet Bank, Richard also spent some time in Boston working for Commercial Union Insurance and Bank of Boston. During this time, Richard worked in the computer processing areas of banking, as well as internal auditing. His employment required an ability to both work in a large corporate environment as well as dealing one to one with various staff persons throughout these organizations. This built a foundation sound business understanding and interpersonal skills that he carries with him today.
Richard attended the New England School of Law in Boston and graduated in 1993. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Rhode Island Bar Association, Edward P. Gallogly American Inn of Court and the Family Court Bench Bar Association.
Dealing with people has been the focus of Richard’s working life and attempting to improve the lives of his clients is his daily task.
G. Eben Milne
Mr. Milne is a native of Providence and a 1988 graduate of Classical High School. Mr. Milne earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from Northeastern University in 1993 and his law degree from Roger Williams University Law School in 1996.
He has practiced before the Rhode Island Supreme Court, the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Superior and District Courts, the Rhode Island and the Massachusetts Family and Probate Courts, the Department of Industrial Accidents, the Office of Immigration Review and the Bureau of Immigration Appeals. Mr. Milne is admitted to the bars of the State of Rhode Island, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Edward P. Nolan, Jr.
Edward P. Nolan, Jr. has been licensed to practice law in the State of Rhode Island since 1988. He has extensive courtroom and trial experience in all aspects of Criminal and Family Law. Mr. Nolan has been lead counsel in many serious capital crimes including first degree murder and has also argued many cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
He is a graduate of Clark University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Mr. Nolan is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and Edward P. Gallogly American Inn of Court.
Carl J. Asprinio
Mr. Asprinio graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1989 with a B.S. in Business Management. He then attended New England School of Law in Boston where he graduated in 1992. In fifteen years of private practice Mr. Asprinio has concentrated in representing injured employees at all stages of the Workers’ Compensation process. He has extensive pre-trial, trial and appellate experience before the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court. He has received peer review ratings of “Very High” for both his legal ability and his ethical standards. Mr. Asprinio is a member of the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Bench/Bar Committee.
Kimberly Larsen
Kimberly E. Larsen attended Villanova University where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English and minors in Africana Studies and 18th Century British Literature in 2005. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams School of Law in 2008. During her legal education, Ms. Larsen was actively involved in the ACLU as well as the Multi-Cultural Law Society.
Ms. Larsen is admitted to the bars of the State of Rhode Island, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Rhode Island Association for Justice.
Ms. Larsen is conversational in Korean and French. In her free time she enjoys playing classical violin and piano.
